Meetings

Agendas and papers for all formal meetings are published five clear working days before the meeting.

Anyone is welcome to observe our statutory meetings. Please e-mail [email protected] if you would like to attend.

If you wish to ask questions then these will be accepted at the discretion of the Chair and should be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] at least three clear working days before the meeting takes place.

If it is necessary for the press and public to be excluded where confidential items are discussed under the terms of Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, then these attendees will be asked by the Chair to leave the meeting.
